The Salford team raced at Salford Albion Stadium which was on the Cromwell Road. They held their first meeting on 27th August 1928. | |||
They operated as an Open team in 1928 but entered the English Dirt Track League for the 1929 season. | |||

As well as hosting speedway, the Salford Albion Stadium held Greyhound racing. The first meeting was held on 7th April 1928. | |||
